New Moon in Scorpio, 4 November 2021

🌑 New Moons symbolise new beginnings. They are the best time to set intentions, to plant seeds of what we wish to manifest into our lives. We set intentions according the zodiac sign in which the new Moon falls into. This new Moon is in the sign of Scorpio.

♏ Scorpio is the sign of death, rebirth and transformation. It rules over whatever is hidden – the darkness, the occult, taboos, secrets and mysteries. Scorpio is also associated with intimacy (sexuality, tantra, the womb, hormones, energetic bonds), shared resources & finances, inheritance (money, property, genes, diseases,…), energetic exchanges, psychology, revelations, exposure, the Mysteries of Life, alchemy, magic, purging, cleansing & detoxifying. In Greek mythology, Scorpio is Hades, God of the Underworld.

🌙 The Moon in Scorpio symbolises the shadow side, emotional wounds, suppressed emotions, trauma and intimate needs. This cycle, you might feel drawn to explore the depths of your being, to introspect; to detox, release and heal in all aspects of your life.

🕷 Your body could be going through some deep cleansing right now, releasing toxins, evacuating heavy loads, crying rivers or needing more rest than usual. Let it all out and listen to your body during this transforming time.

This is the best cycle to:

🔸 Work with the shadow.

🔸 Face, heal, integrate & release suppressed emotions, fears, grudges, negativity, limitations, wounds, pain and trauma.

🔸 Deepen our intimate relationships by finding a balance between how much we give and take (energetic exchanges).

🔸 Reveal, expose and speak against things you do not agree with.

🔸 Set boundaries and learn to say “NO”.

🔸 Explore the Mysteries of Life, uncover secrets, decode symbolism, practise alchemy, create magic, read psychology and occult philosophy.

🔸 Purge, cleanse, purify and detox. Get rid of what no longer serves you.

Teachings of Scorpio:

◾ Death is a part of Life. To accept Death is to accept impermanence, the natural cycles of Life and the seasonal rhythms of the Earth.

◾ The lotus flower blooms out of muddy water. The lotus symbolises wisdom, which leads to awakening, while the mud symbolises our suffering, fears, struggles and pain. Thus, our suffering is our greatest lesson, which leads the way to enlightenment.

◾ Striving for continuous transformation. We are always changing and evolving. We learn from our experiences. Know when to let go of what no longer serves, in order to make space for more growth.

Questions you can ask yourself to help you set the best intention(s):

🔹 Which shadows am I ready to face, heal and integrate? Which emotions have I been suppressing that is now time to bring to light?

🔹 What do I need to "detox" out of my life? How am I going to do this?

🔹 What am I ready to reveal to the world that I have long kept secret?

🔹 With whom/what do I wish to deepen my relationship? Who/what do I want to get closer to?

🔹 What is my relationship to giving and receiving? Are the scales even or do I tend to do one more than the other?

✨ May the Moon guide your way when all other lights have gone ✨
